Common fixes

• Gitpaw isn't capturing sessions: make sure the app is running and your agent is connected in Settings → Agents. Each session is logged the moment it ends.
• Reports look empty: the diary only fills as you work. Give it a day or two, or check that Git history is readable from the app.
• AI summaries off: AI is optional and stays off until you turn it on in Settings. You can point it at Ollama or LM Studio for fully local summaries.
• Move to a new machine: copy the whole app-data folder (see Privacy) to the same location on the new machine.
